Love and Grief in Relationships: Rediscovering Ourselves Through Loss

Love and grief are inseparable. Every time we love, we risk losing. Every time we lose, it’s a sign that something mattered. Yet many of us move through life protecting ourselves from one or the other - either numbing our grief to avoid pain or limiting our love to avoid vulnerability.

But when we embrace both love and grief as parts of the same human experience, we begin to see that healing doesn’t mean shutting down feelings - it means expanding our capacity to feel.
