Setting Boundaries - Part I
We come into this world as relational beings. From the first moment we open our eyes, our survival and flourishing depend on connection. We read faces before we learn to speak; we attune to tone before we understand words. Human life itself is shaped through the delicate dance of being seen, held, mirrored, and met. And yet, even as we are wired for connection, we are also endowed with a profound inner uniqueness — a private constellation of preferences, sensitivities, temperaments, values, and emotional rhythms that make each of us a singular expression of consciousness.
