We have always sensed it — that invisible thread that tugs at us long before a face appears, long before a name is spoken, long before a body enters the field of our lives. It is a pull older than memory, a longing older than language, a knowing older than time.
Some people arrive, and our entire being turns toward them with a kind of ancient recognition. Others slip through our days like passing shadows, barely brushing the edges of our awareness. And some… some ignite storms within us, awaken fears we believed buried, or stir tenderness we did not know we carried.
